NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale, Utah. The Planning Commission will be considering a proposed text amendment to clarify the implementation of the single family setback and the residential buffer in the TOD and TOD Overlay zones (Sections 17-7-8.4(A)(4), 17-7-8.5(B)(4), 17-7-8.7(C), 17-7-17.3(A)(4), 17-7-17.4(B)(4), and 17-7-17.6 (C) of the Midvale Municipal Code). This request has been made by City Staff.
