If you are a property owner or property manager who leases commerical property, you must call and set the lessor up on the service address account. You will need to provide the date the lease begins, and the name of the individual(s), company name, and phone number(s).
If your lessor is leaving, please call and have the lessor removed from the account and furnish the last day of service. If you have information on a new lessor, please provide this information at that time.
