Midvale City is taking steps to improve the business license renewal process. For this renewal cycle, online payments will be accepted from businesses who meet the following criteria:
- The business has received a renewal notice
- The business has not changed location/address
- The business has not changed ownership
- The business does not serve alcohol
- The business is not a Sexually Oriented Business
- The business does not involve the transportation of persons
Businesses that do not meet these criteria must renew their license at City Hall.
Online renewals are no longer accepted.
Beginning January 16, 2010 renewals must be completed in person
and will be assessed a late fee of 50% or more.
