RFP for Spillman RMS Contract Services

The City of Midvale is requesting proposals from contractors experienced in Spillman RMS software and services.

Board of Adjustment

PUBLIC HEARING - VARIANCE

The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Board of Adjustment on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 6:30 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 655 West Center Street, Midvale, Utah. The Board will be considering a request from Louise Lee for a 4-foot variance to the side yard setback required for a residential structure at 7057 S. 230 E.

PUBLIC HEARING - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

Midvale City hereby gives notice that Midvale City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 655 W. Center St. Midvale, Utah. The Planning Commission will be considering a conditional use permit request by New Balance to reside at 1126 East Chapel Hill Drive.
