Justice Court

The Midvale Justice Court has jurisdiction over class B and class C misdemeanors, Small Claims, as well as Infraction level citations committed within the boundaries of Midvale City. These include all traffic, parking, and criminal offenses. The Midvale Justice Court is committed to providing fair treatment by the law and the mission of the courts.  Online Court Payments


Justice Court Judge

George F. Vo-Duc is a veteran of the United States Navy. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelors in Philosophy in 1996, and a Juris Doctorate in 2001.  George F. Vo-Duc worked as Deputy District Attorney for Salt Lake County from 2002-2017.  In February of 2017, George F. Vo-Duc was appointed to preside over the Midvale Justice Court.

Requests to Judge

Requests to the Judge (i.e. extension on a fine, extension to complete class, change court date, etc.) can be made by completing the Request to Judge form and emailing it to JusticeCourt@midvale.com.
